1.1 How PMC Collects Information

 

We collect personally identifiable information, at www.pmci.com as well as the sites we build on our clients’ behalf, data gathered through mobile technology and through offline means when voluntarily submitted by program participants or site visitors. For example, we collect information from you when you submit our “contact us” form. We also collect information you submit to claim a rebate, to enter a sweepstakes contest/contest, or to order a product, or if you contact customer service. We may collect demographic information to combine with other information for statistical and analytical purposes.

 

PMC managed websites are not directed at persons under the age of thirteen (13), and PMC does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information on anyone under the age of 13.

 

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you think your child under 13 has given us personally identifiable information, you can email us at: info@pmci.com. Please mark your inquiry as “COPPA Information Request.” PMC has no way to verify the age of people accessing our websites. We may also collect information about you through third parties: our clients, vendors, and others.

 

1.2 How We Use Information

 

We use your information for transactional communications: to process your orders, rebates, rewards, prizes, and promotion and for legal compliance. Use of this data may include consumer or business response, notification of potential winner, fulfillment of premiums or prizes, opt-in for future marketing efforts, program reporting, and security purposes. This information is only used to fulfill the requirements above, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add your information to a mailing list. We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. If we collect your information on behalf of a client, we may share your information with the client. We may also share your information to comply with the law, with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes. We may share information with any successor to all or any part of our business. For example, if part of our business was sold, we may include data we have collected from you as part of that transaction. We will not sell your information to unaffiliated third parties. PMC is not responsible for data collected on behalf of clients when such data is in a client's possession.

1.3 Links/Cookie/Tracking Technology

 

Our websites may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Our websites and facilities have reasonable security measures in place to help protect against the loss of information under our control. PMC websites are subject to U.S. laws. We store information both inside and outside of PMC facilities. Use of internet, mobile devices, USPS etc. is never 100% secure. Though we strive to protect your information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you provide to us. 1.5 Opt Out Choices

 

When you submit information about yourself to PMC, we may send you emails or otherwise contact you on behalf of our clients with respect to promotions and products of interest or products you have ordered. You may opt out of receiving commercial email communications from PMC and this option will be included as a link on any email communication we send you. If you opt out, PMC will not send you any further marketing communication on our behalf or on behalf of our clients. We may still need to contact you to fulfill the administrative components of any program or promotion in which you are participating or to fulfill your order. Any opt out request will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible.

 

1.6 Updates to this Privacy Policy

 

Our Privacy Policy may be changed, but any changes will be posted, and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You may check the “Last Update” information at the bottom of this site. Any updated policy will be posted on our websites.
