Job Description

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide support for PMC client’s programs customer service needs including incoming/outgoing call handling, e-mail communications, escalations, data entry, program support, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering incoming customer service calls
  • Making outgoing customer service calls
  • Phone order entry and online order support
  • Dedicated consumer/client support if applicable
  • Review and reply to incoming e-mail communications
  • Data entry
  • Mailroom services tied to sorting, batching and source management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Individual must have some office work experience, which would include data entry (50-60 wpm) and basic telephone operation
  • PC proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A basic understanding of mathematics
  • Must be organized, a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Must meet deadlines, accomplish tasks at agreed upon time structure
  • Must have the ability and willingness to interact in a professional, courteous manner with consumers, peers, and clients
  • High School diploma, or equivalency
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
